About
A Malibu cabinet shop, by the builders of Atelier Pacifica
The Pacifica Mill is the cabinetry and millwork shop of Atelier Pacifica, a Malibu design-build and development studio. It was established in Malibu, California in 2026 and builds custom kitchens, vanities, closets, built-ins, paneling, doors and furniture for houses from Pacific Palisades to the Ventura coast, for homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders.
Atelier Pacifica builds houses, and the cabinetry is where a house is touched every day. Having our own shop means the same people draw the room, cut the parts, finish them and install them, and that the oak in the kitchen matches the oak in the entry paneling. The oak kitchen on Bluewater Road and the vanities, paneling and shelving on Larkspur Lane were built this way. See the work.
The shop works in solid white oak, walnut and maple over plywood and Baltic birch. Parts are CNC-cut for accuracy and then fitted and finished by hand. Blum soft-close hardware is standard.
Visits to the shop are by appointment at 29170 Heathercliff Road, Suite 6, Malibu.
